1. Service Provision

We provide front-end development and consulting services including:

• Website optimization and performance audits
• Custom UI/UX development
• Code refactoring and debugging
• Technical consulting
• Digital assets like html5 banners, emails, etc.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and assets
• Grant necessary access to development environments
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Adhere to review/feedback timelines

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• We retain rights to reusable code components
• Clients receive full rights to project-specific deliverables
• Open-source components retain their original licenses

4. Payment Terms

Our standard terms include:

• 50% deposit before project commencement
• Balance due upon completion
• Hourly rates apply for scope changes
• Late payments incur 2% monthly interest

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages up to the total fees paid
• Excludes consequential or incidental damages
• Does not cover third-party service issues
